Pink Princesska Return Policy
At Pink Princesska, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
Returns
• You may return any purchase within 7 days of delivery for store credit.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and certificates (if applicable).
• Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@shopprincesska.com. Please note that most of our hand crafted pieces are one of a kind and we may not be able to duplicate the same piece in which case store credit can be issued.
Return Process
1. Contact us at contact@shopprincesska.com to initiate a return.
2. You will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Securely package the item and include your proof of purchase.
4. After your return has been received we will then issue store credit that can be used through our site.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
