All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time—estimated processing time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@shopprincesska.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a suitable solution.
